Title: Consultant – Event Production

Job Summary:
 
Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Production Consultant to support the planning, execution, and production of corporate events, tradeshows, and marketing programs. This role combines event management, creative design, vendor coordination, and operational support to deliver high-quality brand experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Support planning and execution of corporate events, tradeshows, and company programs
  • Design and produce event marketing assets including digital graphics, print collateral, signage, presentations, and branded merchandise
  • Manage branded merchandise programs, online store content, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
  • Support event logistics, communications, expense management, and post-event activities
  • Lead print production activities including vendor management, proofing, quality control, and deadlines
  • Maintain event calendars, documentation, inventories, and promotional materials
 
Required Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative services, or communications
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent graphic design tools)
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Experience with branded merchandise programs and print production
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of promotional products and logo merchandise decoration
  • Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
