Detailed Job Description:
Hands on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, ICM, Scaler and Inspire Automation, get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. Lead small projects, Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
Overall 6+ years of experience in IT and Consulting. Possess at least 4 years of experience in end to end CCM implementations primarily on leading products like Quadient Inspire.
Have extensive knowledge of major modules on these product suites that are required for batch, interactive and real time implementations on various platforms, experience on Java technology is desirable
Possess Considerable experience on customer communication management implementations on batch, real time, interactive and digital communication area.
Possess extensive knowledge of the GMC/Quadient Inspire product and modules like Inspire Designer, Automation, Connect Interactive and Approve Workflow modules and their implementation mechanisms.
Elicit and analyze of requirements for data mapping, template layout design and post processing requirements, coming up with high level and detailed design for corresponding CCM application as per best practices
Monitor project progress to assure deadlines, cost targets are met
Participate and drive the installation of the product and setting up of the infrastructure as per the architecture
Manage the development of proof of concepts around solution components and playing a leadership role in the initial scoping studies.
Drive the delivery of project deliverable leveraging onsite and offshore technical teams. Should be able to review and ensure quality
Provide thought leadership to the customer on performance, scalability and security, modularity, interoperability and upgradability
Find out the best practices from what is currently used, prototype them and share it with client to get new CRs created and get additional revenue to the team
Should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SME, Client management and offshore SME in a Global delivery environment to deliver complex technical applications in agile environment.
