CFS is currently partnered with an organization based in Cheshire, CT to identify a Consultant.
- Organization is currently in the midst of an acquisition of a smaller company
- Consultant would come on board through year end, potentially longer to advise on accounting practices and team of the acquired role
Responsibilities of the Consultant
- Review current team and practices of small organization
- Review against the policies and procedures of the parent company
- Create report of findings and execute any process improvements, changes, or implementations that need to occur
- Work closely with teams of both companies to ensure goals are aligned
Preferred Qualifications of the Consultant
- Strong experience going through mergers & acquisitions
- Accounting background
