Description for Lead Construction Worker / Handyman:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily workflows for field construction crews and technicians on-site.
- Manage total project logistics, track materials, and ensure structural builds finish on schedule.
- Perform diverse skilled trades tasks including framing, finish carpentry, tiling, and painting.
- Serve as the primary face of the company, managing client relationships and project expectations.
- Maintain rigid quality control standards and deliver exceptional attention to detail on every finish.
- Enforce standard site safety guidelines and adapt cleanly to outdoor hot/cold weather environments.
Details for Lead Construction Worker / Handyman:
- Pay Range: $25.00 – $35.00+ / hour (DOE).
- Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Sunday availability with overtime as needed.
- Location: Pierce County project sites (travel needed).
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire with wage review and raise opportunity upon permanent rollover.
Requirements for Lead Construction Worker / Handyman:
- Verifiable background in residential construction, remodeling, and managing job sites or projects.
- Proven leadership skills with a "Type A" mindset—highly focused on tracking metrics, schedules, and quality.
- Advanced proficiency operating basic hand and power tools (bringing personal tools is preferred).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable routine to accommodate field project travel.
