What You''ll Do
As a Construction Technician, you''ll play a key role in the homebuilding process:
- Follow blueprints and work instructions to complete construction tasks
- Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform general construction duties across different areas as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and build home components
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Assist in identifying and solving basic production or construction issues

What We''re Looking For
- 1+ year of construction or related experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliable and punctual
- Problem-solving ability
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple departments
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (drug-free workplace)
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
- Tolerate varying temperatures within a manufacturing setting
- Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe workplace
