We’re looking for an experienced
Construction Support Specialist to support Construction Management & Inspection activities across natural gas construction projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on natural gas construction experience who enjoys coordinating people, resources, technology, and field activities. You’ll work with project teams, Supply Chain, vendors, commissioning teams, and other stakeholders to help keep inspection and construction support activities moving efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Coordinate and support inspection activities across assigned natural gas construction projects
- Assist with inspection resource planning and coordination
- Coordinate vendor surveillance resources in partnership with Supply Chain
- Provide resource support to commissioning teams as needed
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing use of 4D technology, including field support
- Maintain LMS training records and assist with compliance tracking
- Verify documentation and help ensure data accuracy
- Support limited recruiting activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of inspection personnel
- Help maintain candidate and resource pipelines for inspection and field support positions
- Work independently on assigned responsibilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Learn and support new software, digital tools, and technology platforms
What We’re Looking For:- 2–5 years of in-field natural gas construction experience
- Strong Excel skills, including formatting and equations
- Active motor vehicle operator’s license
- Industry experience or related military MOS experience
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Comfort learning new technologies and software platforms
Preferred Experience:- Technical degree or relevant education/industry experience
- Industry certifications such as API, AWS, or AMPP
- Natural gas engineering/design experience
- Quality or construction compliance experience
- Experience using digital tablets in construction environments
- Strong knowledge of PHMSA 192/195 requirements
- Natural gas construction compliance background
