Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple interior protection and containment projects across the United States
- Coordinate and support field crews, foremen, schedules, and site logistics
- Participate in production meetings and report directly to the Production Manager
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure full project visibility from sale through execution, maintaining consistent communication so clients always receive accurate, up-to-date information
- Work closely with the rest of the production team to ensure alignment, communication, and successful project execution
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Act as primary point of contact for all clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits, progress checks, and quality control inspections
- Quickly resolve field issues to keep projects moving
- Support planning, sequencing, manpower allocation, and production strategy
- Track project progress, reporting, and documentation
- Support change orders, scope clarification, and project adjustments as required
- Deliver all projects on time and successfully
Requirements
- Must speak English (Spanish is a bonus)
- OSHA 30 (online accepted)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/institutional construction
- Must have hands-on experience performing all aspects of a Project Manager/Supervisor role (field + office coordination)
- Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced construction environments
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
- Experience managing crews and coordinating subcontractor-style field operations
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to read drawings, scopes of work, and project schedules
- Comfortable working in active indoor construction environments
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must have U.S. Permanent Residency or Citizenship
