We're seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to oversee and optimize routing decisions, ensuring compliance and excellence in every phase of our energy projects. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for project execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing routing decisions under uncertainty.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to address routing risks and integrate financial and engineering concerns.
• Oversee project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management, and other stakeholders.
• Manage construction schedules and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to ensure work meets design requirements/standards.
• Prepare project updates and reports per NEET requirements.
• Act as a liaison between Contractors and NEET Project Management.
• Provide environmental oversight and project support as directed by NEET leadership.

Requirements

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 15 years of experience managing and overseeing large-scale construction projects, including gen tie and transmission projects.
• Extensive experience in high-level project decision-making, risk mitigation, and leadership within a highly regulated construction environment.
• Valid non-restricted driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferences

• Experience with route refinement using value engineering or applicable concepts.
• Functional understanding of key criteria for routing across functions such as cost, engineering, and environmental constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with routing and siting tradeoff decisions.
