    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources and ensures the project teams are provided the resources and support that enable the teams to reach their defined objectives. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation and status reports. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction project best practices.

    Role Summary
    The Construction Supervisor will support Base Capital Projects across multiple power plant
    sites. This role provides on-site oversight during project execution, particularly during
    spring and fall overhauls. The supervisor will act as the on-the-ground liaison when the
    project manager is not present, ensuring that construction activities align with project plans
    and safety protocols. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and
    coordinating with both internal plant personnel and external contractors.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide daily on-site supervision during project overhauls.
    • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and plant personnel.
    • Monitor construction activities including welding, scaffolding, painting, and equipment
    installation.
    • Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially during critical lifts.
    • Compile weekly reports and track project documentation (e.g., weld x-ray reports).
    • Travel to multiple sites including Amarillo, Lubbock, Earth (TX), and Hobbs (NM).
    Qualifications
    • 5–7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation
    or heavy industry.
    • Mechanical or civil background preferred; familiarity with power plant components
    (boilers, turbines, condensers).
    • Experience with critical lifts and vendor oversight.
    • Ability to travel and work on-site 5–6 days per week.
