Construction Superintendent

Conduct regular progress meetings on site with labor force, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Meet with client representatives regularly to discuss the status of the project Communicate and enforce Safety Program for all on the job site Ensure all work complies with plans and specifications Control costs through efficient use of resources and value engineering when possible Monitor and manage project labor productivity and material cost, and monitor and administer Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program, with emphasis on QA Assist estimators with bidding, including providing productivity/unit cost trends and subcontractor/vendor performance information Maintain project documentation including timesheets, daily reports, progress photos, testing reports, inspections, etc. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include: Work closely with Project Manager and General Superintendent to plan projects Be responsible for the overall project schedule, and maintain short-term interval schedules for the use and review of all trades on the project.
