Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall construction process for commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and lead a team of dedicated professionals, including subcontractors, to effectively execute project plans and meet project milestones.
- Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors and project managers
- Oversee the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring their timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections on construction sites to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress photographs, change orders, and construction schedules.
