Impact Recruitment is looking for a Superintendent with experience on Commercial Construction projects including Institutional, Industrial, Education, Retail/Mixed use, and Historical Restoration, in addition to high-end Residential Homes in the Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding areas.

Our client is a very well-established General Contracting company that also provides Construction Management, and Design-Build Services. They combine an old-fashioned work ethic with the latest building information systems to provide a consistent level of craftsmanship and quality on every project. They pride ourselves on our attention to safety, detail, quality, and level of commitment to get the project done.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide leadership, establish, and maintain effective and productive working relationships of the on-site staff and subcontractors; and promote positive morale
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Maintain and manage quality of work completed
• Ensure safety meetings, policies and procedures are being followed by all field employees
• Close attention to detail
• Evaluate progress against budget and worksheets
• Education experience is an asset

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent is required
• Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must have 5+ years of experience in a construction leadership role
• OSHA 30 certification or the ability to obtain one in 90 days
