Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead prestigious, out-of-the-ground commercial, mixed-use, and luxury multi-unit projects ranging up to $100M.

Our client is a highly respected, employee-centric Construction Management firm with a 30+ year track record of excellence in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Known for their outstanding culture and long-term retention, they build high-profile projects including private schools, country clubs, mixed-use developments, and luxury residential buildings.

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily on-site operations for high-end, complex projects up to $100M.
Oversee site logistics, including tight urban site conditions, deep excavations, and underground parking structures.
Supervise structural steel erection, MEP systems, high-end interior finishes, and specialized amenities (e.g., rooftop pools).
Coordinate subcontractors, enforce site safety protocols, maintain schedules, and ensure uncompromising quality standards.
Serve as the primary on-site liaison with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Superintendent managing out-of-the-ground commercial or multi-family projects ($20M–$100M+).
Deep experience with tight site logistics, structural steel, and high-end architectural finishes.
Strong leadership, site safety (OSHA), and subcontractor management skills.
