With an expanding project pipeline, we're building our team and looking for people who want to grow with us.The RoleMoncrief Construction is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.We are looking for a strong field leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, keeps projects moving, communicates professionally, and knows what it takes to deliver an exceptional client experience.This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful, high-end residential projects while working with a growing construction company that values accountability, teamwork, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way.Learn more about us: https://moncriefconstructionllc.com/What You'll DoAs a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of one or more residential construction projects, depending on project scope and complexity.Your responsibilities will include:Lead and manage day-to-day jobsite operationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and project activitiesKeep projects moving according to schedule and identify potential delays before they become major issuesMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional jobsiteCommunicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, trade partners, and the internal teamMonitor quality and ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and Moncrief Construction's standardsReview plans and project details to anticipate construction challenges and coordinate solutionsHelp manage project schedules, sequencing, and workflowCoordinate inspections and ensure work is ready for the next phase of constructionTrack jobsite progress and communicate updates, issues, and needs to the appropriate team membersHold subcontractors accountable for quality, schedule, and jobsite expectationsSupport problem-solving and decision-making in the fieldBuild strong working relationships with clients while representing the company professionallyWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a capable and proactive construction leader who is comfortable taking ownership and keeping multiple moving parts organized.Qualifications:5+ years of residential construction experience, with significant experience in a Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar field leadership roleExperience managing custom homes, luxury residential projects, major remodels, or complex residential constructionStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, plans, and building practicesExperience coordinating and managing subcontractors and trade partnersAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication and client-facing skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-moving environmentComfortable using technology for communication, scheduling, documentation, and project coordinationValid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience working in the Park City or Utah luxury residential construction market is a plus, but we are open to strong candidates with the right high-end residential background.Physical RequirementsThis is an active construction jobsite role.
