- Supervise and coordinate daily construction operations
- Manage concrete crews and skilled trades on active jobsites
- Oversee scheduling, manpower, and workflow coordination
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company procedures
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Monitor materials, equipment, and labor productivity
- Assist with problem-solving and project coordination as needed
