Job Description
- Oversee day to day field operations on assigned projects
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate schedules and ensure projects stay on track
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
- Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams
- Maintain a strong presence onsite from mobilization through closeout

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Superintendent experience in one of their main sectors (Auto, retail/restaurant, hospitality, commercial, corporate)
- Strong background in ground up projects preferred (leading projects ranging from $2M-30M)
- Ability to manage multiple trades and fast paced schedules
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
