Role Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Construction Superintendents to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a valid NYC Superintendent Registration, a proven track record of managing

construction projects from start to finish, and demonstrated longevity with past employers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams.

Maintain compliance with all NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues in real time.

Provide detailed reporting to the Chief Superintendent.

Qualifications:

Valid NYC Superintendent Registration (required).

6–8 years of construction experience, with a clear history of managing entire projects from ground-up to completion.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct teams and maintain productivity.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated career stability and professional commitment with prior employers.
