Job Details
The experienced Superintendent will help oversee the day-to-day construction projects of luxury residential homes from groundbreaking through completion. This role will help manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, quality control, and overall jobsite operations.
Responsibilities
Manage daily construction activities and onsite operations.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and quality.
Coordinate inspections, permitting, and local building requirements.
Monitor workmanship, materials, safety, and jobsite cleanliness.
Identify and resolve construction issues and scheduling conflicts.
Communicate project updates with Project Managers, architects, and homeowners.
Manage punch lists and final project completion.
Qualifications
5-8 years of construction Superintendent experience
Experience with high-end residential construction (or custom homes) is required
Strong knowledge of residential construction, sequencing, and building codes.
Ability to read architectural plans and construction documents.
Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with construction software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
A degree is not required but preferred.
