Description
* Run day-to-day field operations from project start through closeout.
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics.
* Maintain safety, quality, and production goals on site.
* Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
* Lead construction projects across education, healthcare, municipal, industrial, and commercial markets.
Profile
* 3-7+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience with a General Contractor.
* Experience managing ground-up, renovation, or expansion projects.
* Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to keep projects moving while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Job Offer
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + Bonus.
