Job Description
Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors projects. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics. Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved. Maintain jobsite safety and enforce quality standards. Coordinate inspections and oversee punch list completion. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants. Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering commercial interiors projects in NYC
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project environments
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach
