Oversee daily reporting, scheduling, and project documentation to provide accurate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Proven track record managing projects in occupied and high-profile office buildings. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam). Excellent reading and interpretation of architectural and MEP drawings. Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets.
