Requirements

• Commercial or industrial construction superintendent experience

• Experience managing ground-up construction projects
• Experience overseeing renovations, expansions, and facility improvements
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and self-perform field crews
• Experience managing site safety programs and conducting safety meetings
• Ability to coordinate field operations, logistics, and project sequencing
• Experience maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes
• Experience managing daily reports and project documentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
