Description

Construction Superintendent

Lead field operations and oversee project execution from mobilization through final completion.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage all day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects
Lead projects from preconstruction planning through closeout
Drive project schedules and coordinate field operations to meet milestones
Supervise subcontractors, craftsmen, and self-perform crews
Coordinate and manage concrete scopes of work throughout project execution
Create and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules
Deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality expectations
Operate as the primary field leader and point of coordination on-site
Conduct subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and planning sessions
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents

The successful applicant will have:

3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Construction Superintendent
Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through final completion
Background in commercial construction, industrial construction, or education construction
Experience managing field operations on large-scale construction projects
Experience working with self-perform construction crews
Concrete construction experience strongly preferred
