Construction Superintendent - Hyper Scale Data Centers

As the Superintendent, you will report into senior project leadership and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead all on-site safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Manage project execution in line with program requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Work closely with Project Managers to develop schedules, coordinate construction activities, and drive project milestones.
• Maintain accurate daily site documentation, logs, work orders, and progress reporting.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions to minimize delays and cost impacts.
• Oversee punch list completion, commissioning activities, and successful project closeout.

• Minimum 5 years of experience within commercial construction, ideally with a General Contractor.
• Experience within mission critical or data center construction is required
• Previous Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Project Lead experience.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and industry best practices.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors on active construction sites.
• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments and deliver against demanding schedules.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
• Construction, Engineering, or Business degree preferred, although equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
