This organization is a fully integrated industrial real estate developer with in-house construction and design capabilities. Unlike traditional developers who rely on third-party general contractors, they manage the entire lifecycle of their projects—from concept through completion.
This vertically integrated model allows for greater control, efficiency, and consistency across projects, resulting in stronger execution and long-term value. The company specializes in the development and construction of large-scale industrial facilities, including manufacturing and distribution centers ranging from 20,000 to over 1 million square feet.
