Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a Superintendent with 3-5+ years of experience to support multifamily projects. Candidates need to have experience working on multifamily, affordable housing, senior living, or hospitality projects in the $15-45M range. The Superintendent is responsible for scheduling, maintaining onsite safety and running safety meetings, QA/QC, and labor management. Projects are all new construction and unoccupied.

Work Environment: Projects in Denver Metro. This role is 90% field and 10% office. The office is based in Denver.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day field operations on assigned new multifamily construction projects
• Lead all on‑site construction activities, ensuring work is built per plans, specifications, and local codes
• Build, update, and drive the project schedule with a focus on trade coordination and efficient sequencing
• Actively manage subcontractors on site: direct work, resolve conflicts, and maintain progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
• Enforce all safety requirements; conduct daily safety inspections and lead regular safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Perform QA/QC inspections on all phases of work and immediately address deficiencies
• Verify work is ready for inspections and coordinate with inspectors as required
• Track manpower, productivity, and material deliveries to support schedule goals
• Anticipate and resolve field issues before they impact quality, safety, or schedule
• Maintain accurate daily logs, safety reports, and field documentation
• Manage punch lists and drive work to completion and closeout

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor
• Experience with multifamily, affordable housing, senior living, or hospitality projects in the $15-45M range

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
