Job DetailsOversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up retail and industrial construction projects
Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules to ensure timely completion
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate sequencing of work
Identify and resolve field conflicts, delays, and constructability issues
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets and project milestones
Manage inspections, permits, and jurisdictional requirements
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation
Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders impacting field operations
Coordinate punch list completion and project closeout activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations
