Construction Superintendent - Commercial Interiors | Manhattan

The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations for Class A office and commercial construction projects in Manhattan, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong experience managing high-end interior build-outs and complex commercial projects in NYC environments.

Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial and office projects
• Oversee subcontractors, site safety, and quality control
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors
• Maintain and drive project schedules and milestones
• Lead site logistics in tight Manhattan job sites
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB and safety regulations
• Conduct daily reports, progress tracking, and site meetings

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5-15+ years of Superintendent experience
• Experience with Class A office interiors or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of Manhattan construction/logistics
• Proven ability to run fast-paced, high-end interior projects
• Familiarity with NYC codes, DOB, and safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
