Job Description
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, clients, and on-site teams.
- Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and utilized efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Address and resolve any on-site challenges to keep the project on track.
