An established commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for projects in the Athens, GA market. This individual will be responsible for managing daily jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Description
- Manage all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel.
- Conduct site safety meetings and enforce all safety protocols.
- Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within established budgets.
Profile
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial General Contractor.
- Proven ability to manage projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, sequencing, and site logistics.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of construction software and project management tools.
- Stable work history with a reputation for delivering successful projects.
