Construction Staffing Sales Representative (Phoenix, AZ)

We’re a growing construction staffing agency looking for an experienced Sales Representative who knows the Phoenix construction market and already has relationships with General Contractors and licensed trades.

If you’re a self-driven sales professional who understands construction workforce needs and enjoys building long-term client relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow relationships with General Contractors and construction firms
• Leverage existing contacts within licensed trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)
• Identify client labor needs and provide customized staffing solutions
• Partner with our recruiting team to ensure timely, quality placements
• Manage accounts and drive repeat business
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction-related sales experience
• Established relationships with Phoenix-area GCs and/or licensed trades
• Strong knowledge of construction staffing and workforce demands
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
