Construction Staffing Recruiter / Sourcer
Full-Time | Monday Friday | Canonsburg, PA

We are seeking a driven Construction Staffing Recruiter / Sourcer to support hiring across multiple trades, project coordination, and sales roles. This position plays a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and placing skilled talent while partnering closely with internal teams to meet workforce demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates across construction trades, project coordinators, and sales staff
  • Partner with internal teams to align hiring needs and workforce strategy
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Anticipate hiring challenges including fall-offs and skill gaps
  • Represent the company at job fairs, trade schools, and networking events
Requirements:
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (construction preferred)
  • Understanding of construction trades and related support roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
