Senior Project Manager

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation across Westchester County and surrounding markets, delivering commercial, municipal, educational, religious, and institutional projects. Job Description

Lead commercial interiors, public, and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, reporting, and overall project performance. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities. Provide leadership and direction to Superintendents and project staff. Maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience managing commercial interiors, public works, institutional, municipal, educational, or similar projects
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive successful project outcomes
  • Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
  • Experience overseeing ground-up and large-scale renovation projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency with Procore and other construction management software is highly desirable
  • A strong personality and leadership presence with the ability to motivate field teams and build client relationships
