Senior Project Manager in Tampa FL – Healthcare Construction

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in Tampa FL with extensive construction experience to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee Class A office interiors and healthcare projects ranging from $5M–$20M+ while guiding project teams to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance projects
  • Drive safety, quality, and contract compliance at the project and team level
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and owner representatives
  • Identify risks early and partner with field leadership to keep projects on track
  • Mentor project staff and support recruiting, training, and team development

   

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • 12+ years of construction project management experience, including time in a senior or lead role
  • Strong background in Class A office interiors; healthcare project experience is a plus
  •  Proven success managing $5M–$20M+ projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Light travel within Florida; excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
