Job Description

Lead construction projects from early planning through closeout, keeping work aligned with project scope and timelines.

Build and maintain project schedules to track key activities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work moving forward.

Review project plans, specifications, and progress updates to address issues promptly.

Manage project budgets and track costs against approved plans.

Prepare clear project updates for stakeholders, covering progress, risks, and next steps.

Coordinate site activities and project meetings to resolve day-to-day construction needs.

Maintain project records, documentation, and closeout materials throughout each project.
