Links Recruiting has been engaged by an Albany, NY based Construction GC to conduct a search for a Construction Scheduler. This role will support complex projects by building and maintaining schedules, coordinating with project teams, and helping ensure on-time delivery. This is a newly created role due to growth and increased project complexity.
What You'll Do
- Develop and update project schedules (baseline, updates, short-term look-aheads).
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams on milestones and sequencing.
- Provide reporting on critical path, risks, and progress.
- Support schedule-related documentation for claims and change management.
What You Bring
- Experience in construction scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (Primavera P6 a plus).
- Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and ability to read drawings/specs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 $120,000 + bonus potential
