Construction Sales

The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and selling construction services to our commercial and industrial customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand project requirements and present company services.
• Collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams to ensure accurate project pricing and execution.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycle.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
