This hands-on role requires working in elevated stations during roof assembly, where teamwork, accuracy, and safety are essential to ensure each roof is properly built, aligned, and weatherproof.
Job Duties
Install, set, and secure roof decking and roof sections on modular home units according to construction specifications
Work in elevated stations during roof prep, roof set, and roof assembly processes
Measure, position, and align roof materials to ensure proper fit and structural accuracy
Use pneumatic tools and hand tools to fasten and secure roofing components
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
Inspect roof assemblies to ensure quality standards and weatherproofing requirements are met
Collaborate with team members to safely move and assemble roof sections
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Follow all safety procedures while working at heights in a production environment
Schedule
Shift: 1st Monday through Friday, Saturdays for overtime
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay
$19.00 per hour
