Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Construction Quality Lead to independently verify that construction meets approved drawings, specifications and GMP requirements. This is a field-based construction quality authority role, rather than construction management or general QA/QC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify installed work against Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and specifications.

• Oversee quality across civil, mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and process equipment disciplines.

• Witness inspections and tests; identify, document and escalate non-conformances.

• Verify contractor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection records and turnover documentation.

• Support mechanical completion, field walkdowns and punch-list verification.

• Coordinate resolution of construction quality issues with contractors and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction quality oversight on large capital projects.

• Direct experience serving as an independent, field-based construction quality authority.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of GMP and compliance requirements.

• Hands-on experience with ITPs, non-conformance management and construction quality documentation.

• Ability to work onsite five days per week; remote work is unavailable.

Preferred: Pharmaceutical/GMP project experience, mechanical completion and turnover experience, and familiarity with ASME, ASTM, NFPA and ISO standards.
