RQ Construction, LLC is seeking experienced Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCM) to support our Field Operations teams. This opportunity is currently supporting work at Naval Station Norfolk, in Virginia. This is a fully on-site role and may require travel or relocation depending on project demands, with preference given to candidates local to the project area. Second shift work may be needed based on project demands.In this role, the CQCM will oversee and administer the project-specific Quality Control Program to ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and USACE standards. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections and testing activities, maintaining quality documentation and RMS/QCS reporting, supporting field and self-perform construction operations, and working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with established quality standards.
