Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager / Quality Assurance RepresentativeJob Description
This role oversees construction quality assurance to ensure all work and processes meet project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. The Construction Quality Control Manager / Quality Assurance Representative coordinates closely with the Quality Control Manager and contractor teams to monitor compliance, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate project documentation. The position focuses on ensuring definable features of work are built in accordance with design and contract documents, while supporting contract administration and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Work Environment
The role operates primarily in a construction project environment, with frequent field presence on active job sites and regular interaction with contractor teams, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Work involves conducting on-site inspections, observing construction activities, and verifying compliance with plans, specifications, and safety requirements. The position also requires regular use of office-based tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, CADD applications, RS Means Data, MCACES II, and Primavera P6, to support documentation, estimating, scheduling, and reporting. The work schedule typically follows standard project hours, with flexibility to accommodate site activities, inspections, and critical project milestones as needed. The environment emphasizes strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality assurance procedures, with appropriate personal protective equipment and professional attire required on job sites.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $55.28/hr.
