Keep 20+ Construction Projects Moving. Know What's Happening on Every One.
DMV Foundation Solutions is looking for an experienced Construction Project Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and performance of our residential construction projects across Northern Virginia.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is extremely organized, comfortable with numbers, and knows how to keep multiple projects moving at the same time.
You may have a background as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Construction Coordinator, Superintendent, or similar role. You don't need to be a foundation repair expert--but you do need to understand how construction projects move from start to finish and be confident managing schedules, people, customers, and numbers.
You'll be responsible for keeping 20+ active jobs at different stages organized, on schedule, and moving toward completion. You'll work closely with field leadership and company leadership to identify problems early, make decisions, and improve how production operates.
What You'll Own
Project Scheduling & Coordination
- Own and maintain the master production schedule across multiple crews and projects.
- Track 20+ active projects at different stages and know what needs attention every day.
- Coordinate crews, materials, permits, inspections, and customer scheduling.
- Identify bottlenecks before they become bigger problems.
- Make sure projects move efficiently from sold to completed.
Production & Financial Performance
- Track production numbers, job costs, revenue, and gross margins.
- Monitor KPIs and use the numbers to identify problems and opportunities.
- Work in spreadsheets and construction software to track project status and performance.
- Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and profitably.
- Bring structure and accountability to the production process.
Customer & Team Communication
- Keep homeowners informed throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate closely with Field Superintendents and crews.
- Communicate issues clearly and make sure problems are followed through to resolution.
- Work with leadership to continuously improve production systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has been around construction project management before and can hit the ground running.
You may have held titles such as:
- Construction Project Manager
- Project Operations Manager
- Construction Operations Manager
- Superintendent
- Construction Coordinator
- Project Manager
- Restoration Project Manager
- Construction Operations Coordinator
You Should Be Someone Who:
- Has 3+ years of experience coordinating or managing construction projects.
- Can confidently manage 20+ projects at different stages without losing track of details.
- Is highly organized and naturally thinks several steps ahead.
- Understands construction schedules, job costs, production, and project profitability.
- Is comfortable working with KPIs, spreadsheets, budgets, and numbers.
- Can identify a problem, figure out what needs to happen, and follow it through.
- Communicates clearly with homeowners, field teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- Can work independently and take ownership without needing constant direction.
- Has a valid driver's license.
Experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete, restoration, remodeling, or other residential construction is a plus.
Spanish/English bilingual skills are also a plus.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you'll become the person leadership can rely on to answer:
"Where are we at with every job, what's holding anything up, and what needs to happen next?"
You'll bring visibility, organization, and accountability to production while helping the company complete more work efficiently and profitably.
Why Join DMV Foundation Solutions?
- High ownership: You will have a direct impact on how production operates.
