Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management with a focus on multifamily projects.
  • Proven working experience in construction project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages.
  • Ability to plan and see the 'big picture'.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of professionals.
  • Being detail-oriented with the ability to multitask is essential.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and construction/project management software.
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
