The Project Manager - Multifamily will oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is based in Winter Park and focuses on managing all aspects of construction while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Description

• Plan, schedule, and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards throughout all phases.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Resolve any challenges or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, costs, and milestones.
