Project Manager, Construction
About the Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from start to finish. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and compliance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from kickoff through completion
- Develop budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials
- Ensure permits, compliance, and building codes are met
- Track progress and provide regular updates
- Manage resources, timelines, and project risks
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project coordination
- Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets and schedules
- Experience with structural concrete preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Details
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Mix of field and office work
