Role Description

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tippecanoe, IN, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-daytasks include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications, budgets, and timelines. Therole involves leading project meetings, resolving on-site issues, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders. TheConstruction Project Manager will review plans and change orders, track costs, prepare reports, and ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction. This position requires a hands-on presence on the job site and consistent collaboration with field and office teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Coordination skills to manage schedules, resources, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to develop cost estimates, track expenses, and support financial reporting and forecasting.
Candidates should possess knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Candidates should possess effective communication and leadership skills to guide teams, manage contractors, and collaborate with clients.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously.
Relevant experience in construction project management or a related field; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar discipline is beneficial.
Proficiency with project management software and common office tools; familiarity with construction scheduling tools is an advantage
