Senior Project Manager
As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead project strategy, client engagement, and execution across major commercial builds, reporting into senior leadership. Your work will directly shape operational success and project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing and embedding a strong safety culture across all phases of work
- Leading client communication, serving as the primary interface and project representative
- Co-developing pursuit strategies with internal stakeholders
- Overseeing change management and risk mitigation processes
- Building and executing project staffing plans and execution plans
- Managing large, complex, and/or multiple concurrent projects
- Supporting negotiation and finalization of client contracts

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of construction industry experience
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $75M
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to develop teams and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency with project scheduling, document control systems, and Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR certified
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-site environments
