Description

* Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

* Manage contracts, change orders, documentation, and compliance requirements for public-sector projects.

* Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to drive successful project delivery.

* Monitor project risks, safety standards, and quality control processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

* Provide leadership across project stakeholders and ensure all contractual obligations are executed with precision.

Profile

* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor; 10+ years preferred.

* Proven experience delivering public, government, institutional, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects.

* Strong understanding of contracts, change orders, schedules, compliance, and project controls.

* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation and stakeholder expectations.

* Construction Management degree preferred and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000+ base salary (flexible for the right candidate) plus bonus potential.
