Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Managing projects from award through final completion
Developing and maintaining project schedules
Overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
Managing subcontractor procurement and buyout activities
Reviewing contracts, scopes, and project documentation
Leading owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
Processing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting
Coordinating with field operations teams and Superintendents
Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals are achieved
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M-$100M+
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financial management
Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and project teams
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and construction management software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Stable work history with reputable commercial contractors
