With a growing backlog of work in the Tampa market, they are looking to add a talented Project Manager to their team.Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and change orders. Monitor project costs and maintain profitability targets. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Oversee procurement and material delivery schedules. Manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout processes.A successful Construction Project Manager should have: experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Experience working with project management tools and software. A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Base Salary: $110,000 - $165,000, depending on experience.
